With the promotion and implementation of the national 2025 industrial strategy, the difficulty of repair welding in the copper products industry has become more and more prominent. During this period, the scientific researchers in the R & D Department of Hongyu industry (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. developed a repair welding machine for the repair problems in the copper industry, especially the red copper repair problems, in response to the needs of many colleagues in the copper industry:

During the design of the machine, several technical parameters are specially formulated to meet the problem-solving indexes of red copper welding repair in the copper industry, as follows:

1. High power: the machine adopts 380V industrial power, and the measured power reaches 7.5kW;

2. 0.01s arcing and arcing: minimize the heat affected zone generated during the repair process and reduce the damage to the matrix;

3. 20 groups of data storage function: it can flexibly adapt to parameter adjustment in different welding repair processes;

4. Diverse functions: single point, continuous and continuous operation mode can better adapt to different working scenarios.

Compared with traditional hot welding, hb-3260 copper welding repair machine has the following advantages:

First, the concentrated input of instantaneous large energy makes it unnecessary to preheat before welding and reduce the stress by hammering after welding;

Second: there is no obvious thermal brittleness in the repair area, and it will not easily produce thermal cracks;

Third: high pressure argon protection at the moment of welding repair will not easily produce hydrogen pores;

Fourth, the repair method of cold welding will not cause great changes to the matrix structure of the base metal and will not affect the characteristics of the base metal;
